Vallformosa Alcohol Free Cava

From Vallformosa winery in the Spanish region of Penedes , this non-alcoholic sparkling Cava wine is also certified as Vegan and Gluten Free. A traditional Cava blend of  Macabeo, Xarel-Lo and Parellada, it is aged for an average of 12 months in bottle befpre release.

Pale yellow in colour with a soft and pleasant palate, it shows tropical aromas and flavours that leave a delicate and long lasting aftertaste. Try on its own or with creamy pastas and risottos, asparagus and artichoke dishes, salads or mild soft cheeses,
