A deliciously fruit-forward variation of Tarquin’s Gin, built around the brilliance of Black Cherry! It’s made with fresh pressed black cherries, alongside a smidge of orange zest, and with a solid core of gin notes, this expression is perfect for all sorts of serves.
Rich red fruit notes – loads of cherry and redcurrant, plus a crackle of peppery juniper and some orange oil brightness. Serve over muddled fresh cherries with lemon tonic water. Garnish with a slice of fresh lemon.
Southwestern Distillery in Cornwall was founded by Tarquin himself in 2012. A classically trained chef from the Cordon Bleu in Paris, Tarquin used this experience and lots of experimentation – over 100 trial batches were tested – to create the base for the self-named range of gins that continue to thrive. The original dry gin stays true to the perfected recipe, with 12 key botanicals and meticulous production.
