The Sacchetto family harvest Sauvignon Blanc grapes from their vineyards in the Trevenezie (Delle Venezie) area of Veneto.These Guyot-trained vines have an average age of between eight to 10 years.Rested in stainless steel tanks, this wine was made in an unoaked style to preserve the freshness and aromatics of the Sauvignon Blanc grapes.
Herbaceous and fragrant on the nose showing delicate citrus aromas. On the palate this Sauvignon is full bodied which is lively through to a crisp, dry finish. Try with chicken, salmon, prawns, grilled spring vegetables, fresh salads or goats cheese.
