Sacchetto Fili Pinot Grigio Blush Brut

Sacchetto present this delicious Pinot Grigio Blush Brut.The grapes for this fizz were softly pressed in a horizontal press, followed by a slow fermentation in stainless steel temperature controlled tanks with selected yeasts.

A gorgeous pale pink colour with copper reflections. Strong fruity aromas with nuances of white flowers such as acacia and wisteria along with brioche notes. Smooth, balanced, dry and velvety. Try with seafood, baked fish dishes, roasted chicken or roasted vegetables.
