Bright red cherry in colour with intense aromas of ripe red fruit and touches of spice, coffee and vanilla. On the palate it’s balanced and elegant with a good level of freshness with a long, pleasant finish. Try with roasted pork, beef, lamb, stews, smoked cheese or chocolate pudding.
Bodegas Muriel was founded in 1926 by José Murúa Villaverde. His son, Julián Murúa decided to resume the work his father had started and re-established the winemaking activity with Muriel in 1986. This marked the beginning of the second stage of an exciting project. Today, the winery has the strength of experience and the vision of its current managers, Julián Murúa and his son, Javier Murúa.
