This exceptional Provence rose is made exclusively from an 89 hectare Cru Classé
parcel with mineral rich terroir of red clay and limestone soils. Cinsault, Grenache and Syrah grapes are gently pressed with cool settling and fermentation in stainless steel for 10 days. After further settling, racking and blending takes place at the end of the year.
Marie-Christine is elegantly styled with a lovely pale powder pink hue. Aromas of ripe strawberry and peach with a hint of vanilla culminating in a refreshing finish. Try with light starters and canapes, charcuterie boards. eggplant, feta or soft cheeses.
Château de l’Aumérade is a 400 year old estate located in in the heart of Provence dating back to the Renaissance period. The Château was designated as a Cru Classé when the Provence appellation was created in 1955 and it is one of 18 that still remain in the designation. Château Aumerade holds the Haute Valeur Environmentale (HVE) certification, which recognises their biodiversity conservation, plant protection strategies, managed fertiliser use and water resource management.
