Domaine des Mazelles are nestled in the Touraine appellation in France’s Loire Valley. Their Sauvignon Blanc uses slow pressing, cold fermentation and maturation in stainless steel tanks for 6 months. This brings vibrant, crisp lime aromas with a subtle leafy, herbaceous undertone. Fantastic weight on the palate with classic grassy characters, zesty lime and hints of tropical fruit on the lingering finish. Try with rich fish such as smoked salmon, sole, or perch, or pair with feta pizza.
