Finca Traversa Merlot

This smooth Merlot from Finca Traversa undergoes a pre-fermentation maceration which means the intense colour and fruity aromas of the grape are obtained. It’s then fermented in stainless steel tanks before bottling. 

Dark and richly fruited, this Merlot offers a smooth, easy-drinking wine with juicy plum flavours and a subtle herbal finish. Its versatility makes it the perfect companion for any special occasion. Try with grilled red meats, white meat stews, pasta in a creamy sauce or aged cheeses.
