Chateau La Castille Ciel et Terre Rose

Located between Toulon and Hyères in the Var at the foot of the picturesque hilltop village of Solliès-Ville, the Chateau La Castille estate offers a delightful Provençal landscape.

A nice pale pink provence rosé with a slight orange shimmer. Notes of citrus and white fruit. Silky, sensual and elegantly fruity in the mouth. Long, pleasant and aromatic persistence. Try with canapes, shellfish, light fish dishes, vegetables and soft cheeses. 

On the vast plains protected by the Massif des Maures and the Mediterranean forests, Chateau La Castille vineyards are naturally irrigated by the rivers Gapeau, Jonquière and Réal. They produce, under the impulse of inspired winemakers, fresh and aromatic wines. In 2019, the entire vineyard in the Var region obtained HVE the highest level of the environmental regulations in force. This certification for agricultural operations is based on results indicators related to biodiversity, phytosanitary strategy, fertilization and irrigation management.
