Celler De Capcanes Sense Cap Blanc

An organic Catalunya wine from Celler de Capcanes, who have worked over 25 years to get the best from their high altitude, traditional bush vine vineyards nestled amongst the rugged hills of the valley region. This wine blends Grenache Blanc (Garnacha Blanca) grapes from vines aged 10-25 years, and Macabeo (Macabeu) grapes from vines aged 20-40 years.

Unoaked with vinification in stainless steel, Sense Cap exudes an attractive yellow golden-green colour. Aromas and flavours of soft peach, pear, mango and banana balance with floral and herbal hints. The medium-bodied palate is creamy and soft with crisp freshness on the finish. Try with flavourful, bold salads.
