Casa Defra Prosecco Rose Extra Dry

Casa Defra’s Rose Prosecco is the result of a joint venture between two families titled Cielo e Terra: A combination of Cielo winemaking experience and Colli Berici premium vineyards. Glera and Pinot Nero grapes are manually harvested around the Prosecco DOC region, before soft pressing and controlled fermentation via the Charmat method without maceration.

The result is an elegant, Extra Dry Rose Prosecco Millesimato (at least 85% of its grapes from the same vintage) of the palest salmon appearance. The fruity nose brings strawberry and cherry, which fall on the fresh, balanced palate alongside a fine mousse. Try as an aperitif or with lightly flavoured dishes.
