Bononia Estate Gomotartzi Rose

The Bononia Estate is located in the Danubian Plains of Northwest Bulgaria, on the site of one of the first breweries in the country from the late 19th century, revived in 2013 by the Yotov family as a modern winery. Gomotartzi is their rose wine made with Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon and Pinot Noir grapes with gentle production and no oaking. 

Pale pink in appearance, it is fresh and delicate in style. Expressive aromas of fresh wild strawberries and ripe raspberries fall on to the elegant palate. Sumptuously soft and balanced, the finish is supple, fresh and lasting. Try with fruit salads, seafood or light fish dishes.
