Angel’s Estate specialise in growing Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Viognier, Traminer, Sémillon and Pinot Gris. This superb wine combines Chardonnay, Viognier and Sauvignon Blanc, which isn’t a combination often seen together. The blend creates a multi-layered wine which is then aged in French oak barrels for 3 months.
A wine light gold in colour. Aromas of exotic flowers and honey. Soft, balanced and well-defined. Harmonious oak shades, complemented by notes of almond oil, apricot and toasted orange peel on the palate. Try with duck pate, light chicken dishes and mild cheese.
Angel’s Estate is situated very close to the Zhrebchevo (Stallion) Dam, on the hillsides of Sredna Gora in Bulgaria. They own 1500 acres of new vineyards, which include both red and white grape varieties.
