Angel’s Estate specialise in growing Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Viognier, Traminer, Sémillon and Pinot Gris. This Sauvignon Blanc is grown with a moderate continental climate with sunshine duration of more than 3000 hours during the year and more than 110 sunny days. No freezing temperatures or frosts during the spring.
A light and crisp wine which is lemon in colour. On the nose there’s aromas of citrus and green apples.The herbaceous palate is characterised by gooseberry and grapefruit with hints of lemon grass and a refreshing minerality. Try with fish, sea food, grilled vegetables and goats cheese.
Angel’s Estate is situated very close to the Zhrebchevo (Stallion) Dam, on the hillsides of Sredna Gora in Bulgaria. They own 1500 acres of new vineyards, which include both red and white grape varieties.
