Named for Camphill, the farm where Ampersand Brew Co first started brewing, Camphillsner is a Pilsner style lager. Brewed with traditional Czech yeast, German hops & English malt, we then lager it for over 3 weeks to give a clean, flavourful & refreshing beer.
